If you’ve been searching for a lightweight couples travel trailer with a spacious rear kitchen layout, the 2019 Jayco White Hawk 26RK is a model that continues to be popular for good reason. Designed with comfort, functionality and easy towing in mind, this travel trailer offers a bright open interior and a floorplan that works exceptionally well for extended weekends, seasonal camping or longer road trips.
The standout feature of the White Hawk 26RK is the large rear kitchen. With expanded counter space, generous cabinetry and a practical cooking layout, this trailer feels far more residential than many others in its size range. Whether you’re preparing meals at the campground or simply need room for coffee makers, cookware and supplies, the rear kitchen setup gives you the flexibility and storage that experienced campers appreciate.
The main living area is open and inviting thanks to the large slide-out that expands the seating and dining space. Comfortable theater seating and a booth dinette provide plenty of room to relax, entertain guests or unwind after a day outdoors. Large windows throughout the trailer bring in natural light and help create a bright, welcoming atmosphere inside.
Toward the front of the trailer, the private bedroom offers a walk-around queen bed with overhead storage and wardrobe space on both sides. The layout gives you separation from the main living area, creating a more comfortable setup for couples or anyone spending longer periods in the trailer. The bathroom is spacious and practical, with a large shower, vanity and additional storage for camping essentials.
Jayco built the White Hawk series with a focus on lightweight towing and quality construction, making the 26RK a great match for many properly equipped half-ton trucks. The aerodynamic front profile and laminated construction help improve towability while still providing a solid feel on the road. Outside, you’ll also find features like a power awning, exterior speakers and pass-through storage that make campsite setup simple and enjoyable.
What really makes the 2019 Jayco White Hawk 26RK stand out is how comfortable and livable it feels without becoming oversized or difficult to tow. The rear kitchen design, spacious living area and private bedroom combine to create a layout that’s ideal for couples looking for a travel trailer that feels like a true home away from home.
